Our spacious well-being center of 120 m² is committed to providing the optimal environment for relaxation, with a SPA area and a beauty institute and massage center, equipped with its own sauna.
close to La Rochelle. Our SPA area (Sauna, Hammam and Jacuzzi) has been created on a unique concept and tailor made, where floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer a peaceful view over the garden from the sauna and hammam. This luxurious area is designed exclusively with your well-being and relaxation in mind.
• The pool :
The outdoor pool is heated at 28°C (during the season and according to weather conditions) and offers a beautiful setting thanks to its garden and surrounding pin trees.
• SPA :
Our SPA is equipped with an 8 person JACUZZI integrated into a tailor made tropical wooden deck. It releases muscles tension and immediately brings on a feeling of relaxation and well-being.
• Sauna :
Our SPA area offers you a TYLO Sauna , with floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering a view on our garden and the pine forest.
The dry heat of the sauna relieves tired muscles and helps relieve mental fatigue, tension and stress. Arthritis pain is also alleviated.
The skin regains its shine and helps with skin problems such as psoriasis and acne. The sauna also helps to remove toxins through sweating, as well as relief of sinus congestion, thus promoting more restful sleep.
• Hammam :
The TYLO Hammam nestled within the SPA Plaisir – Île de Ré offers a steam treatment providing full muscle tension release. The detoxification of your body through sweating results in a general well being, reduced effects of some skin conditions, and better sleep. We add essentials oils to the steam for its soothing and decongestant properties. The Hammam is highly recommended for releasing muscle soreness and ligament pain that can be brought by exercise.
• Revitalizing shower :
To complete our well being array at SPA Plaisir– Île de Ré our revitalizing shower allows you regulate our body temperature and our fresh water bucket tones blood circulation while refreshing and firming the skin.

The Institut & Spa Plaisir has 2 cabins, a lounge and private spa (Sauna and hammam), in order to fulfill our range of complete treatments. Its warm and intimate atmosphere with soft mood lighting instantly transports you into a world of relaxation. The two massage cabins can be joined to provide duo massages for a perfect romantic experience.
We also offer a specific selection of body and face treatments adapted specifically for men.
Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance is charged.
