• Bay of Biscay excursion : You see the port and fortifications of Vauban from the inside to take the direction of les Portes en Ré and its “Banc du Bûcheron” a splendid sandbank disclosing itself on low tide. You will enjoy a stop in the port of Ars en Ré classified as one of the “most beautiful town of France”. The boat trip goes on to a discovery of the “Fier d’Ars” from the inside, and then you will discover the coast line toward the lighthouse des baleines at Saint Clément des Baleines.

• La Rochelle Excursion : From Saint Martin to the old port of La Rochelle, passing underneath the Bridge, you discover the shores of the island from an unrivaled angle toward the continent. You stopover in La Rochelle the time to enjoy an homemade ice cream and board back to discover the famous marina of les minimes.

• The isle of Aix excursion : You go offshore and take the direction of the picturesque Isle d’Aix. After passing underneath the bridge you leave the island of Ré’ shores for a few hours and soon discover the world famous Fort Boyard before accosting on the Isle of Aix. The charm of this tiny island and its minuscule bays and beaches will delight you. Change of set the time of an improvised lunch and a promenade before getting back on board and taking the direction of La Rochelle to visit the Port of La Rochelle.

The boat is the Hotel’s and is steered by a licensed skipper part of the Hotel team.
The excursions can be canceled at any time by the hotel if the ocean conditions are not favorable.
In case of cancelation due to the weather conditions, the excursion is not charged. In case of a cancelation of a boat excursion from guests less than 48 hours the excursion is still charged.
